Back in 2019 a new fully automatic CL4090 core cutter was installed at Pratt Industries Wapakoneta mill. The system had a space reservation for a future core plugger.
The new order includes:
- Plug bin and a plug orientor.
- Elevated conveyor system to the plugging station.
- Plugging station with primary and deep plugging chutes
- Electrical and mechanical integration.
- Installation supervision, start-up and training services
The delivery is scheduled in fall of 2020.
